The Oliver Scholars Recognition Ceremony was a terrific opportunity to honor our students and their accomplishments, and to thank the entire Oliver community for all of the support and contributions they make throughout the year. We applauded the Class of 2017 for rounding out their successful high school careers with admission to top colleges throughout the country. We also celebrated the Class of 2021 for completing Oliver’s 14-month Scholar Immersion and Placement Program and being accepted into top schools in New York City and beyond. They will never know how proud we are of them!
Heartfelt thanks to our keynote speaker, Simon Sinek. His words – and example as a leader – inspired not only our scholars, but everyone in attendance who strives to be a better leader for their communities and organizations.
As our students move into their new schools, we will be with them, offering guidance and support to ensure that they continue to reach for – and achieve – their biggest dreams. Their hard work, dedication, and perseverance is the best proof of why Oliver matters.
